Not very impressed. Placed an order online which was still not received after 8 days, despite paying additional £9.99 postage fee. Also very difficult to contact, ie 3 emails and 1 WhatsApp message where not answered, and online telephone number goes to answerphone with no return call. Had no option but to contact another department at the branch for assistance to my enquiry. Still waiting for my refund as I write this review.

I have trained with ask before and loved the acadamy. It’s very approachable and friendly, professional and I felt very comfortable there. All the staff and pharmacy are great. So I decided to continue my aesthetics pathway & train in my level 5&7. To expand my knowledge and be prepared for the future. Yesterday I trained (practical) with Sharron, who is fantastic, very patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, easy going, professional & supportive. Her on going support is fantastic, she has gone over and above and I’m Confident I will be able to pass with her support as these courses are very in depth and challenging with a lot of theory work included.
