They never reply to any email, application, or acknowledge the receipt of a CV. In their own minds, they think they're a cut above the rest. They just posted a video on LinkedIn going on about how how much money they make, how great they are, and so forth. In reality even JMC has a bigger turnover than these amateurs.

Poor service. Within the 10 years I've been a contractor I've emailed Bostonair 4-5 times enquiring about positions and they've never bothered replying once. I also once bought one of their on-line training packages that I wish I hadn't now. There are more professional and responsive agencies out there.
