Today my cat Ares was groomed by Edita in less than 25 minutes, she performed an amazing job being my cat quite temperamental, while three other vets could not even touch his paws. This was him after a ride home sleeping in the car as well which he never does, because he gets easily stressed.

I was a client of this salon for more than 5 yrs, but I will never return and will not recommend it to anyone after my last experience. I have no proof but I suspect that something was done to my dog. My suspicion has only grown after reading other reviews. We came to pick up our dog a bit early and unexpectedly. The salon was unusually dead silent, and we commented to each other that it is an odd silence - no human or animal movement. After some time, a surprised groomer came out of the grooming room and murmured that we will need to wait, and then she went back and we finally heard first sounds - she addressed our dog: Molly, up! And a few moments later our dog ran out of the room. We got in the case, and again a strange thing happened - our hyperactive dog fell asleep instantly, even though it never sleeps while traveling, not even on the long journeys. We even have reviews from other groomers that our Molly is always loud, energetic and noisy throughout her groom. When we got home, we saw other reviews about this salon and the claims that they use anesthesia and put animals to sleep. Again, these are suspicions and I have no proofs, but I really think it would be wise to avoid this salon.

I recently brought my senior pug there to have his nails clipped, and I was touched by the level of kindness and attention they provided. My pug is not the easiest patient and gets quite anxious during grooming procedures, but the staff at Pet Universe handled him with such grace and care. They were patient, gentle, and understanding with my furry friend, taking the time to soothe him and make him feel comfortable. When I picked up my pug, I could see the love and attention that the staff had poured into him. His nails looked great, and he seemed happy and content after his visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Pet Universe to anyone in need of a caring and compassionate grooming salon. Their staff is skilled, patient, and truly cares about the animals they work with. Give them a try, and your furry friend will thank you:)

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I understand that they have a 48 hr cancellation policy, but if someone falls ill with a contagious illness they should appeal to the little humanity they may have left. I called 27 hrs before my appointment to reschedule but was just given a clear no. Most professional business would have rescheduled, particularly for what would have been a first time customer.
