Nice local pub with great selection of beers, wines & spirits. . It does need redecorating/refurbishing, but with the current economic climate that could be difficult. The staff are very nice & friendly. Have eaten here & the food is decent.

I been a few times but never wrote a review. This time we had a bike ride along the canal planning to get food the the two pointers. We had a beef and pork sunday dinner and it was absolutely fabulous!! Big fluffy yorkshires, really nice meat, great flavoured veg, all of it was great! We will definitely return.
