I was visiting Harrogate and my electric plug socket on my trailer became unserviceable meaning I had no working lights at all. I was very worried as I had no lights but also it was a very foggy morning so it was very dangerous for me to be on the road. I phoned a local caravan and repair shop I was close to and explained my concerns and they were not helpful at all and said they couldn’t help.. unbelievable !!! I then rang Harrogate Trailer and Towbar centre and without any hesitation told me he would see me straight away and have a look at my trailer… superb! So thank you very much for getting me back on the road safely . Highly recommend !

I had a retractable tow bar fitted to my Mercedes Coupe today. Wow! Really impressed by the truly excellent customer service (comprehensive knowledgable advice both before and after fitting) and such a neat invisible cut in the AMG trim - with the detachable tow bar removed, you would be hard pressed to spot the new tow bar fitting is even there! Went for a pleasant walk into Harrogate and the work was finished to a very high standard at a competitive price + my car was there waiting for me to collect by lunchtime. Highly recommended!
