This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I'd like to thank you Boss Leisure for supplying the amazing inflatables I ordered for a funday this weekend. They were loved by all the attendees especially the football dartboard......literally had to scream at people to get them off it at the end. Special thanks to the delivery team who arrived promptly and set up beautifully in record timing. Even when I needed them to move one of the items to a different part on the grounds, there was not even a hint of complaint in their faced.... very friendly guys which made the experience even better. Thank you Steve for accommodating-really appreciated your help. As an events co-ordinator, I would definitely hire from here again.

Steve and his team pulled out all the stops when I needed it! I live in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I had not seen my family since March 2020. We wanted to mark our family gathering with some fun stuff. Hired Boss Leisure's Photo Booth as a surprise for my best friend and Bride to be's hen party. I could not have been more happier with the 100% efficient service received from this long established company. The two brave gentlemen that arrived to set up were punctual and courteous and were very happy to be part of the hen party crew. They willingly cloth themselves in the party attire, which was very much a glitzy pink theme. Lovely memorable pictures were produced. Bride to be and hen party participants were all surprisingly satisfied. Thank you Boss Leisure for adding to the success of this hen party, and for making me look extra efficient as the chosen party organiser.

Amazing company to work with.. my daughters 1st birthday, I hired a mascot and the Disney combo slide.. Boss Leisure arrived 45min early and even called before to ask if it was ok to set up. Lovely Lady and a man set up was very friendly and professional. Set up was done within 20min and even got some themed balloons for free which my daughter loved. Our Party went on for a little longer than expected so my husband contact Boss Leisure to change the collection time for a extra 1hr30m which the company was happy to do on such short notice. Would definitely recommend this company.. They helped make a 1year old birthday amazing. Thanks Boss Leisure

How do I start, not everything you read is true. There are two sides to a story, and there is a way of telling a story. Firstly, let me say that the review from the last customer is a vendetta against a small business that is trying to succeed in a competitive world. I read that review, and thought negative thoughts. I aired this with a colleague who recommended them. She said that they have provided exceptional and quality service to her school in Blackheath. I listened attentively and went ahead. So glad I did. I called up and spoke to a pleasant lady who did the bookings. I discussed what measures of safety do they have. Her response was great. I booked a disco dome, and a Combo. Off course, I asked who shall set it up. She told me, the Manager (from the previous review) shall. I made a comment about the review I read. She notified me that that gentleman no longer works at the company. She also said that the individual is DBS certified, and does compliance at a reputable hospital in Central London. On the day of my daughter's 14th birthday party, this tall well presented guy came to the premises. He was courteous, well mannered, and disciplined. He set up the castles on his own with ease. Within 20 minutes, the party was started. It is rare when you have quality service, and this was really quality. He cleaned the inside and outside. My daughter spoke about what would happen if it got windy. This guy, who is from Trinidad, followed the regulations and even showed her the apparatus to measure wind. Due to a mix up with my music, he played the role of the DJ. The girls did not want to come out of the Disco Dome. In all my years of having parties, I have never before seen my daughter smile so much. Her friends kept saying this is 'De best'. I put it down to this exception service. Off course, I asked what happened in the review. He told me that some bits were true. He also said that he was sorry with what happened, but was scared as the husband (from the previous review) was going to "throw the worker over the balcony, four floors up". I was aghast. So there. What happened there was a " rare" experience. I shall tell you this; Go with Boss Leisure and you shall not regret it.

Excellent and professional service. I had ordered the bouncy castle for my sons birthday on very short notice as another company had cancelled. Most companies I tried were not able to deliver the castle with a day's notice. They were extremely helpful and provided advice on which bouncy castle would be suitable for the party based on the kids ages and the size of my garden. The set up and collection team were very quick, punctual, well mannered and looked very smart in their uniforms. I was very impressed with the Owner who answered all my questions even at 9pm! I would definitely recommend this company.
