    I have been coming here for 2 years now to pick up paper and ink, never had anything but a terrific experience, however my most recent visit was anything but. Never have I ever visited a store and felt on trial, as if everything I was saying was a lie. I asked for specific type of paper was was recently on sale, the lady behind the counter looked uninterested, and just repeated comments like "well?" and "so what." After asking to see some samples and the member of staff dragging her feet to get a sample located less than a metre away, I asked her to apply a student discount. I have been getting this every-time for about two years. The member of staff acted as if I had asked to take the items for free, never have I been spoken to in such a belittling manner. I then asked if they do an NHS discount for which i got a few huffs and puffs. She told me they had never done it and her colleague who i had dealt with in the past was incorrectly applying it even though she worked her for 14 years. In a time where so many local businesses suffer, you'd think a pleasant attitude would be the bare minimum to encourage return business but clearly not.
