Bought one bed flat as a new build. Borras ltd managed to hide all structural defects, mold, missing thermal wall insulation etc. Property came with gas and water leaks, issues with the whole heating system, fire safety entrance door, issue with the water pumps, pipes hammering noise, and numerous other defects caused by Borras's unprofessional builders. Almost every possible item inside this flat has been installed poorly or wrongly! NHBC involved, also we were forced to hire a solicitor. Be aware when you are buying anything from this builders. 4 years after purchase we still have many unresolved issues. Stay away from this company! Cowboys!

We purchased newly built house at London Colney at Lowbell Lane, St Albans and after a week every things fall apart. First, second floor toilet started lucking and wall started cracked. Eventually someone came and done nothing apart from taking tiles out and leave and go. It has been two days and nothing has happened. Apparently, this problem is reported to every house next to our one. It just shows that people are being ripped systematically and I still have not heard anything from builder and straight to VM. I have no idea what could we do here’s
