Nice little station but the ticket office and facilities are almost never open. There is no sign of when they should be open. May as well just close it then. Ticket machine hardly ever works but buying a ticket on the train is not a big problem. The monitor on the northbound platform is facing the wrong way. Can only pay for parking using an app or website, no ticket machine available.

Nice little station with plenty paid parking space for 4 pound a day. Good place to park and go to London.Ticket office was open and tge lady was very helpfull for tourists like us. Her advice on tickets saved us a lot of money.
