I went in to Boros to buy a new suitcase. Despite me being the only customer in store, the assistant really wasn't interested on showing me the various products available, seemed irritable when I asked questions and at one point sighed. I walked over the House of Fraser and got perfect customer service and bought exactly the same case for over 10% less.

If there was an option to give Zero stars I would as this is a terrible shop! After 4 weeks the zip broke on a bag that I bought, I had my receipt and they REFUSED to replace the handbag!! Avoid this shop at all costs, better to spend your money elsewhere. Beware!!
