We visited Decathlon in Reading earlier today to get bikes for our daughters, aged 4 and 13 years old. We have been served by the most amazing, kind and patient assistant, Moyo who along with Vadim got the bikes ready for us very quickly. We are very happy with the excellent service we received and we cannot recommend enough !!!

Excellent experience in store today. I had to return a pair of walking poles as they were too short. The correct size was not in store today but Soph set me up with a Decathlon account, refunded the balance onto a store card and ordered the replacements to be delivered to store within minutes. Brilliantly efficient customer service delivered with patience and humour.
