What a really helpful company.... I have just finished a15min call to them (Anthony) and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with regard to all the locks, taking the time to go through the differences between the locks. It has made choosing the correct lock much easier. This will be the second Borg Lock that I have bought as the first was so good. We have had a Borg push button combination lock for about 5 years on our sailing club door. When it needed servicing the locksmiths didn't seem to know how to deal with it however a very helpful chap at Borg said send it to us and we will service it and check it over. This they did, even replacing some parts - all at no charge and sent back within the week! Thanks guys - particularly Joe - what a service.
