Thought I'd write a review with my recent experience with customer services. A lot of reviews seem to mention first class products and first class service. The gate we had fitted had Borderland's gate furniture and as this was rusting within a couple of months, I thought this wasn't normal. However, I was told by customer services this was normal and they only supply zinc plated furniture. Which on checking the difference zinc plated is poorer quality and shorter lifespan than proper galvanised fittings that a lot of suppliers provide. It was suggested I went elsewhere if I wanted better quality products, so you may want to as well. Unfortunately, I didn't have any choice on the gate furniture as it was supplied with the house. So my suggestion to you is if you want cheap stuff Borderland is where you should go if you want better quality, look elsewhere.
