Our newly installed floors look beautiful, especially the Parquet floor, which is a work of art. Jay and Kevin did such a professional job and were quick and efficient. Jay really went the extra mile, going out of his way to make the layout flow beautifully and always making sure we knew when we could or could not walk on the floors and actually helping us move some furniture. Donna, in the office had brought our fitting date forward to suit our request when she had a cancellation, which we really appreciated.
