Keta makes the best boozy cakes I’ve come across! Having recently tried some at the Dragons Den evening I was amazed by how well the flavours combined with the alcoholic kick! This weekend I worked with Keta. I was supplying the China for a hen party while Keta made all the sumptuous sandwiches, cakes along with a really zingy orange and lime posset for the hens to devour. She is great to work with and I would really recommend her fantastic catering skills.
