Totally wonderful service after my wife had an eye problem. They’re not even our regular opticians, Specsavers had turned us away. Mr Randeree was brilliant as were all the staff. Great opticians I cannot thank them enough. I will now leave Specsavers West Wickham.

Disappointed in the service ... misinformed about the glasses and also price . Optician quoted one price and the sales girl another. Never going to them again, although I was highly recommended. Bad experience. The phone keeps ringing and sometimes they do not even answer the phone.

Great little opticians with real customer relation focus (despite being part of a large chain). It's quite small and subsequently there is less choice but it is reasonable and they can usually order most things. Optometrists are really good esp Faisal. Staff v friendly and really try to go the extra mile. They have a consistent local following!
