Don’t recommend this shop for collecting medications as the shop manager is unprofessional, rude, challenging and impatient to both customers and his staffs. He just tries to turn back all customers and it’s a shame to Boots and pharmacy industry.

Very thorough eye tests and eye health checks. Professional staff. Only criticism is that the eye scan is quite pricey at £25. It is only £10 at Specsavers. Maybe they could consider dropping the price as the scan is exactly the same. Store is absolutely tiny so please attend alone as there is no room for your loved one/chaperone to sit and wait for you.

Very small and I didn’t find the customer service acceptable but the store was clean and tidy and staff seemed to have some idea as to what they were doing... it’s just a shame they cannot accommodate basic retail demands
