Optometrist Alice was very efficient and explained everything in detail and ready to answer any questions as we went along. Ann and Lucy were very patient when doing various tests and choosing our frames. Nothing was to much trouble. We didn't feel pushed into buying anything we didn't want. No sales pressure and a pleasant experience all round. When returning to collect our glasses Gintaras fitted the glasses with great care and made sure we were comfortable in them. Again no sales pressure

I took 2 pairs of my designer sunglasses in which I hadn't purchased from this store. The arms had gone all bent and out of shape, I asked Jorja if they would be able to help, she was extremely kind and asked me to leave them overnight. I then had a phone call the next morning to say that they were ready! With much surprise upon collection, they told me that Brynn had been able to fix them. I was beyond delighted as I was not expecting them to be able to fix 1 pair, let alone both! Thank you team New Milton, you were all very smiley and welcoming!

My experience at this opticians was excellent. Visiting from London my glasses arm snapped and was not able to be mended. Roney was extremely helpful and suggested that if possible they could fit my lenses into new frames. Luckily the first frame chosen fitted my lenses perfectly and within 10 minutes I walked out wearing new glasses.
