    Staff was awful they clearly don't know how to talk to people with disabilities and got offered no help I got pressed by staff to sit down when I was clearly uncomfortable with that and told them multipletimes , I've got multiple hidden disabilitys had my disability card and lanyard so they would know ended up having a emotional breakdown crying in the shop and for hours after leaving boots opticians definitely not recommended never going back .
