Eyes tested months previous but staff neglected to enter on to their system. 15 mins patiently waiting for them to track the paper form down. Then no one could read opticians writing. (So took they took a guess.) (They were all wrong) Poor service from boots . Bad mannered staff I trusted boots to look after my eye sight. What a mistake.

Should’ve gone to Specsavers 😢. I called and asked for my prescription to be put aside so I could pick it up before they closed, they agreed. Arrived to find 7 members of staff (most of them sat around chilling and chatting), only to be told that the optometrist has already gone home and so they can’t give me my prescription. Very poor customer service.
