Just had my NHS annual eye test at Bluewater, & I have to say it was the most comprehensive test I've ever had outside of Moorfields Hospital. It was a thorough & seamless "on time" system from start to finish. The Optician (Anna Bahra) went to great lengths to fully explain any possible/future problems, & ensured that I also fully understood what she was explaining. The technician who conducted the other parts of the test was as equally efficient, & fully skilled in using the equipment. From a personal perspective I'd highly recommend going there.

A problem with my new lenses was quickly identified and resolved. I doubt if any of the online opticians would have had the resources or time to fix this and glad I wasn't tempted.

Called to discuss obtaining my prescription, the rudest experience i’ve ever had. The man started off with attitude and continued to give me one word answers not helping me at all. I should’ve asked for his name he was absolutely rude and unhelpful, never going back to boots for an eye test or anything eye related AGAIN.

After taking my money for my Daughter's prescription sunglasses they thought it was ok to have totally different glasses made for her! Tried saying the computer wouldn't order the frames she wanted for her prescription however it seemed to work when I was in there ordering them!!
