Or they never answer the phone or we wait 2 hours to have an eye test and choose our glasses. I'm definitely changing opticians.

My frames (which I got from another store) were a bit wonky and a friendly employee helped me to readjust them for free! Just note that any readjustments are done at your own risk.

Awful unprofessional staff, gossiping about other staff members in front of customers, a very hostile and rude bunch. Such an embarrassment. Avoid if you can. I made the biggest mistake of booking to this branch. Never answer their phones, never kept me updated over a contact lense order and it has been 2 weeks. Disappointing to say the least.

Really poor service, when to boots high street optician with a cracked frame which was a day old, no one was interested to sort out the problem, waited an hour, was told will call you back. No phone call. Won't even give me a choice of another frame or refund. I don't know where to go for help, manager hopeless.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment booked at 5:15pm on Saturday 12th March 2022, which I asked to be rescheduled to 5.30p.m, the same day. When I got there at 5.25pm, I was told (rudely) that the person I had the appointment with had gone home. There was no courtesy text message to say otherwise and then staff tried to assert that I'd made the mistake. You've lost a customer, I'll be going to any other Boots store but this one. You're lucky the Google rating system requires at least one star, because frankly for being disingenious and having discourteous staff you deserve zero.

Poor customer service. My daughter was refused to be seen as we arrived ten minutes late due to traffic into the city centre. We were spoken to very rudely. I would not use this branch again.
