Unhappy with boots opticians. My wife and I have been there twice and both times we've felt they were unhappy with my toddler being in the shop. Being told off twice. I'd expect a much nicer family approach, went elsewhere and they lost sales. Would recommend other opticians in Andover.

I went to boots opticians last week and I cannot fault the staff! I had such a lovely pre screen and the woman optometrist was so friendly and super thorough. She spotted a potentially serious condition and referred me to hospital straight away. After a few days I had not heard from the hospital and boots chased it up straight away and I was finally seen by Winchester hospital. Even after my appointment the optometrist then phoned me to check how my hospital appt went! Super friendly and I will be sending everyone to boots! Thank you so much 😊

Boots Opticians in Andover give fabulous service. Thanks so much to the gentleman who I believe to be the manager, who repaired my glasses promptly, efficiently with good humour and kindness after I was so completely let down and treated outrageously rudely by a receptionist at Boots Opticians in Winchester for merely asking her to tighten up the arms of the glasses I had forked out £500 to Winchester for ....... The unpleasant and rude treatment I had from one of their staff was truly appalling - the worst you could imagine. I think she modelled herself on Basil Fawlty. Whereas I have received fabulous service from the gentleman at Andover previously. The lady on reception at Andover was very friendly too. So 10 out of 10 for wonderful Andover and that woman in Winchester will lose customers by the dozen. Zero minus rating for her. Kind regards
