I have been attending Bootcamp UK Woking for a few years now and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is great and the workouts can be tough but really fun. I have been able to increase my fitness levels and make some great friends. The instructors, specially Steph and Kyle, are awesome, friendly and professional. They give good advice on how to improve and they always make sure that everyone is having a good time. I started out going once a week but now I make time to go three times a week whenever I can. I highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone who wants to have fun while getting fit and building resilience in whatever the weather. Five stars!

Joined more than 3 years ago (time flies!), just to try something different and outdoors. Best decision I've ever made, no doubt! Amazing group of people, and the instructors are great!! Every session is different, people support each other no matter their fitness level, instructors always helping and making sure you enjoy the session. It really was a life changer for me, finally enjoyed exercise after years of trying and failing, made me fall in love with sports again! If someone is thinking about trying, go ahead!! The best bootcamp crew and instructors are at BCUK Woking! 😄💪

Great instructors, sessions & members. I've been coming for several months now and am thoroughly enjoying it. The sessions and training styles are nicely mixed/thought-out so it's never repetitive and can be done by anyone at any level of fitness/strength - the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and can quickly tailor exercises to suit the individual. It's always a good laugh and workout.

I used to go to the gym but it was expensive and getting boring, Bootcamp is fun, every session is different so it never gets dull and it’s nice to be outside. The instructors are great and very inclusive for all abilities and Steph is my new podcast recommendation buddy! :-)

Highly recommend: - Great workouts that you can take at your pace should you need to. Feel great afterwards even on the low-energy days; - Steph is a great coach, very easy-going yet attentive to details and your technique. I really appreciate that he encourages you rather than pushes you. There are other coaches on other days which I haven't met but trust they are equally good; - a great crowd should you have enough breath to chat :) if so, Steph is coming after you ;))) - and you get your Sunday roast earned!

Always wanted to give Bootcamp a go but was never brave enough to take the initial plunge. All my doubts were washed away the minute I turned up, I was made to feel very welcome and support was there when it was needed. Really enjoyed the mix up of activities and I ache today in places I’ve never ached before which I keep telling myself is a good thing! Will definitely be back.
