    I have been going to Chippenham Bootcamp since the summer and have never done the same circuit twice. The instructors and knowledgeable and friendly and help you to get what you want from the session. You can work as hard as you need depending on your fitness level, I have always found gyms boring, lonely places and end up not going after a couple of months, but with the group of people I have met I look forward to Bootcamp as it’s much more than just a way to get fit, you make friends which in turn helps you enjoy the sessions even more.

    What can I say, proper let myself go during lockdown so needed to get back into some sort of shape. Gave the 10 sessions for £10 a go and signed up permanently before they were used. Really friendly and welcoming bootcamp and every session has been varied and different from the last. Highly recommended, sure Gav will have me feeling like I'm 22 again in no time!!

    Much Awesomeness from a newbie! I joined BC chippenham at the end of August and I wasn’t sure quite what to expect. The intro offer was great but tbh I was quickly hooked! They have got the balance perfectly - everyone, no matter what your level works as a team but also at your own rate - so it’s inclusive yet challenging in equal parts. This is represented by the wide range of people attending from the super fit to those just starting their journey to getting healthy. It has been welcoming and refreshing and I can’t wait to start back after the New Year! Thanks Gavin and Team for helping me realise I can do more than just run 😂 xx

    Boot Camp Chippenham is amazing and Friendly. The exercise is always varied and I never get bored. I’ve also met a lot of good friends there, it’s like one big happy family once you’re in you don’t wanna get out, trust me.

    I have been going to BCUK Chippenham for around 2 years now and I can honestly say it's changed my life for the better, not only from a physical fitness perspective but also my mental wellness. I started out exercising with strangers but I can say confidently that I am now working out with my friends. Chippenham is such a welcoming group so there is no need to be intimidated, it's a mixed ability community and whilst some people will go 110% every week, many others use it as a social experience. The staff are lovely, positive and encouraging and there is absolutely no pressure - you put in as much or as little effort as you like, it's what you make of it! Saturday's are usually the "fun" session of the week where we play games and have little competitions (It's a good workout, it's a giggle and it's all in great spirit). Without doubt this is incredible value for money and worth every penny!

    Chippenham boot camp really is an excellent way to keep fit, build strength and stamina, and improve all round flexibility. A really warm and welcoming group of people and Gav and Ben do a really first class job of leading the group. The sessions are as tough and as competitive as you want to make them, Gav helps modify any exercises to allow for any restrictions. Oh and yes, it’s a lot of fun, when I joined I thought I’d do one of maybe two of the sessions, but now get withdrawal symptoms if I miss one!
