    Coming back to Bootcamp UK Southampton after a break has been such a positive experience. It’s an amazingly positive and supportive community of people and so friendly. I’m excited to get that fitness level back, as they do get you fit in a really fun way!, and to be achieving things I never thought possible before. This is down to the encouragement and support of the other members, and Lou and Kelly, who are amazing instructors and very supportive!🤩 it also helps greatly in many areas of life, both physical and mental health, socially and being part of a community which are doing great things e.g charity fund raising events, fitness events, and socials.     I joined Southampton Bootcamp at the start of the year after seeing the 10 sessions for £10 advertised. I thought I would give it a try so I did and haven’t looked back. Lou and Kellie are both fantastic! Every bootcamp session is different so it really keeps you on your toes and the range of exercises is excellent. I feel fitter, stronger and what I love the most is getting out in the fresh air! , Come rain or shine, Lou & Kellie are there encouraging you to do your best! You push yourself as much as you want, no pressure. The group are great fun and very welcoming. Muddy sessions are just as fun as when it is glorious sunshine! If you are thinking about it….. don’t, just try it and you’ll leave feeling like you want to come back!

    This is not just an amazing, varied, superbly organised outdoor fitness class. It’s also a friendly, supportive team, a real community feel. It’s a mix of the super fit, the plodders (me) and everything in between but there’s no judgement only plenty of encouragement. The instructors Lou and Kellie make every session different, some ideas are slightly mad (snakes and ladders circuit anyone 😂) but it’s certainly never boring! Something that gets so many people out running around a muddy field on a cold, dark, rainy winter evening has got to be worth checking out surely?

    It’s so hard to put into words how I feel about Bootcamp UK Southampton! When I started 9 months ago, I was nervous, shy, insecure about my ability, technique and fitness and the list goes on. Bootcamp has given me a voice 🤪 a passion, a fitness level I am proud of and most importantly confidence! All of these things are impossible to get by just going to a class - they are lots of different strengths that need the right people and guidance to help you achieve them. Lou is very hard working, knowledgeable, non judgmental, passionate and likeable leader. She has earned so much respect from her bootcampers because she cares.

    I can thoroughly recommend Bootcamp UK Southampton if you want to improve your fitness, with the support and encouragement of others with the same goals. In my early twenties I was a Reserve Soldier,during which,I went on an operational tour of duty with the Regular Army,and My fitness was of a very high standard. After leaving and getting on with life,my fitness gradually deteriorating, I became lazy and overweight, and got into eating junk food as a normal part of my diet . I decided that enough was enough and wanted to get back into shape. Gyms were expensive, and never really worked for me,then I saw Bootcamp UK Southampton. I took up the Ten sessions for Ten Pounds off er and became hooked! It wasn't easy at first,and my body ached with the first few sessions. However,I began to see rapid results in my fitness, and made a lot of new friends who gave me the support and encouragement to push myself a little bit further. I have been a member for nearly a year now,and although I am nearly fifty years old my level of fitness has in some ways,surpassed how I was in my twenties! The training involved, uses a lot of exercises that you would encounter as a young soldier,with up beat music playing in the background, but the only shouting you hear is that of encouragement from your team mates, who are all of mixed strengths,and abilities,or the . instructors, are very supportive and very knowledgeable when it comes to discussing your strengths,weaknesses and how to achieve your goals. We do train in all weather's,including the rain,but training in such challenging conditions can really boost your mental strength and confidence. What I enjoy about it is,is that we all help eachother, give encouragement and more often than not, enjoy a good laugh together. It is character building,developes a good mental attitude, and if you persevere with it, you will achieve fitness goals that most people can only dream of. I have seen some fantastic efforts that have resulted in considerable,gradual weight loss,and with some,it has boosted their confidence socially. With an offer of £10 for 10 sessions, you haven't got a lot to lose......

    Bootcamp Southampton has been a life saver and life changing; I started and wasn’t sure whether it was for me or not I was worried due to going alone and not knowing anyone but team red make you feel apart of them! I am now about a year into my journey and I am fully focused achieving goals and setting myself new challenges which I never in a million years would I ever challenge myself like this! Lou and Kellie and so supportive and push you to your limit because they no what you are capable of as a person.
