I have been going to Bootcamp UK Reading for three years and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness and body. Prior to attending Bootcamp I had not done very much exercise so was a little nervous but everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I have made some wonderful friends! No two sessions are the same and they are packed with fun and challenging exercises. Susi is a wonderful instructor who will demonstrate all the exercise making them look incredibly easy before the session starts and will always ensure you have the correct form and will make sure you are pushing yourself! Jonah is a great instructor too who enjoys tabata style sessions playing some funky tunes including the YMCA! 🤣 Come and join a wonderful like minded group of people with all sorts of fitness abilities who all cheer encourage and support each other!

If you want to get back in shape, maintain your fitness level or increase both your cardio and strength this is the place for you! Susi and the other instructors bring all sorts of exercises that will challenge you no matter what your fitness level is. You will always be challenged. It never gets boring as not one workout session is the same. They always come up with something new and keep it interesting and challenging. Thanks very much for creating these great workout sessions.

So I am a little new to my fitness journey, and I think like most people I found the idea of getting fit a bit overwhelming. There's so much to think about and the people you see in the gyms know their stuff and look like dedicated athletes with toned arms, legs and great ab definition. So joining bootcamp I was a little nervous. I have to say Bootcamp Reading has some of the most friendly and welcoming people I've met. Even when I was sweating and crying on my first session many of the members cheered me on and told me their own stories and how they were in similar positions when they first started. The instructors are so warm and kind and guide you through the exercises and motivate you to keep going. Susi in particular has been amazing in welcoming me into my first few weeks! Each session is different so it's never a dull day! And you get to experience a mix of workouts including cardio, bodyweight as well as using different equipment to help push yourself! Bootcamp Reading is a welcoming and friendly group and has made me feel a lot better about diving into my own fitness journey!

Not just about toning up, people are friendly, and never a dull moment no matter the weather. It got me out of the house while I was recovering from my grief, and got back into my favourite jeans.

I have never thought I will enjoy outdoor hard core exercise so much, but Susi has proven me wrong. I thoroughly enjoy the classes due to various levels to choose from, being fun as every session is different so you never get bored and great attitude and atmosphere created by the instructors and our group - it feels like a community. I've been coming to the bootcamp sessions in Reading for a year now. These are great workouts that cater to all fitness levels, developed by knowledgeable, friendly coaches. The group is really nice too and, because each session is different, it never gets boring. Unlike most fitness classes I've tried in the past, I'm always looking forward to the next bootcamp. The perfect way to get fitter while having fun.
