Set The Tone Fitness has been running in Mickley, Nr Ripon for over three years. The Circuit Classes are great fun, inclusive and expertly thought through. Never the same routine. Alternative options for anyone with injuries or issues. Age range of group from 16 - 75 - and everything in between. Stuart is always so positive and encouraging.
