    As someone with anxiety, going to a group exercise such as bootcamp was majorly out of my comfort zone. But I didn't need to feel nervous as everyone is amazing. Bootcamp Fareham has such a good community feel, everyone encourages eachother and makes everyone feel so welcome. Pete and Lauren are fantastic instructors too. The classes are different each time and always provide a challenge for the many of us who want to push ourselves to be fitter and stronger. I've seen amazing results in my strength and stamina.     One of the best things I’ve ever started, I’ve never worked out so consistently or looked forward to exercising as much as I do now and I’ve made some great friends. A fab bunch of friendly, welcoming, like minded people. Even if you’re completely new to fitness, don’t hesitate to try this out starting with 10 sessions for £10, you won’t regret it. The instructors are so friendly, supportive and push you to better yourself. Above all were all one big fitness family who train hard together and play harder, great socials and team events 💜

    I joined five weeks ago on the 10 sessions for £10 offer. Very apprehensive as I'm not a keep fit enthusiast and put it off at the first opportunity. I can honestly say that I really enjoy these sessions. Yes they are hard work but you work to the best of your ability and build up. I'm always last to finish but am always encouraged to keep trying. The instructors are supportive and the group friendly. I've now become a member and look forward to going each week. After 5 weeks I can already feel the difference. I don't stop as much and feel motivated at the end. If you want fitness to be fun this is the place to go.

The 10 sessions for £10 is incredible value and will give you a great intro to the sessions. I've been attending for well over a year, including virtually through out lockdown, and through winter - I surprised myself! I've never been a great "gym bunny" but really love these varied sessions, which cater for all abilities. My fitness has improved 10 fold and I've made some great friends too! Everyone is super friendly!

    Absolutely awesome team of bootcamp instructors. The sessions are always varied, fun and of course covid 19 safe. If you have an injury they can give alternatives to do and always on hand to explain the task or go over things. Been going over a year now including throughout lockdown where we did interactive zoom sessions, fb live workout and weekly challenges. 10 sessions for £10 cant go wrong 💪

    I joined Bootcamp at Fareham a couple of months ago using the 10 for £10 taster sessions. I had virtually stopped doing any exercise before joining as I’d lost motivation and enjoyment for it. I’m so glad I joined because I really enjoy exercising again!! The sessions are always different so you don’t get bored! The group is friendly and made up of all different abilities and everyone encourages each other to keep going when it gets tough! I am starting to feel stronger already. Pete is a great instructor who really knows his stuff and he keeps everyone motivated and working during the sessions.
