Bootcamp Fleet is really well organised by Amos and his crew and is a great way of getting fit. A fab bunch of people and a fun atmosphere, with a whole variation of fitness activities. Perfect for someone like myself who finds traditional jogging type exercise a bit boring. Iβd definitely encourage anyone to give it a go!

Having joined loads of gyms in the last 10 years and never got any value from them I was a bit dubious about trying Bootcamp. However the 10 sessions for 10 pounds deal makes it easy to try and I soon found that the group and trainers in Fleet were very welcoming and supportive. I've now been coming 2 or 3 times a week for the past 2 years come rain or shine (and sometimes snow!). Having set times each week means I exercise far more often than I ever did to the gym where it was always too easy to put it off. The sessions are always varied but include a mix of cardio and weights. I burn up to 700 calories in a session meaning I'm not only fitter than ever I've also lost about 15kg. Thanks Amos, keep it up.
