    Another amazing fortnight at TEAM!! It is such a brilliant place with an awesome team. Jane, Kate and G as always are just spectacular and make sure you are always okay after the tough sessions and create a home away from home! The glamping tents are stunning and so comfy. Huge thanks to Jack - fight camp was great!! Highly recommend. He encouraged us to push ourselves to our limits but also emphasised the importance of technique. He had such kindness and patience which made the experience even more enjoyable. Second week with Charlotte and Reg was EPIC!! Charlotte is incredible and feel so lucky to have met her and been trained by her. Reg’s sessions make you feel so proud of yourself and make you feel like you can do way more than you think you can. Will be back again and again!

    Just got back from a week at Team Bootcamp and honestly, it was absolutely amazing - so much better than I predicted. Obviously it was hard work and a lot of adjustments but the staff and other campers were so friendly and supportive, even the managers and cleaning staff were so friendly and made me feel at home. I managed to lose 9lbs in a week which was only possible due to the trainers who are experts in their field, they take the time to answer all of your questions and help improve your technique, even holding sessions for how to build your own workouts once you leave. Like I said it wasn’t an easy journey but I would love to go back again! Well done guys; you have created something so special and incredible!

    I've just returned from my second visit to TEAM and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. TEAM offers a great mix of exercise and recovery sessions with the best trainers I've come across. Some people attend for fitness and others to lose weight (or a bit of both) and Reg, Reace and Wheels made the sessions tough but achievable for all and encourage everyone equally. They work you incredibly hard but make it fun at the same time and are knowledgeable about what they do. The long walks on the recovery days are in beautiful countryside and a nice break to the intense sessions. The food is excellent and whilst there's not huge amounts of it, it really teaches you about portion control and that you actually don't need to eat as much as you do. Have already signed up to go back again later in the year!

Pryia another superstar!!! Thank you for being such an inspiration, very emotional to leave but the best experience, and I thank each and everyone one of you including all my fellow campers who are just simply fab in every way!! A tough week as expected but completely worth it with great results, fantastic trainers Johnny & Charlotte. Food was really great 😊 very clean & comfortable house, made very cosy with plenty of space. Thank you 💚

    The best investment I have made into myself. The first time I went to bootcamp, I did the classic camp, and the trainer was Charlotte. She was absolutely outstanding. She shared so much knowledge in each session. She was really good with everything regarding stretches, which was key for recovery. Charlotte also did some coaching of how to create our own fitness. I really like her advice of "working out just 1 hour per day, and on rest days, do active recovery exercise." This is something I applied to immediately after the bootcamp. The second time I went to bootcamp, I did fight camp and the trainer was Craig. Again absolutely stellar. I never did boxing before but I am so confident to join a boxing gym, now that I have learned a very good foundation from Craig. Craig also organised really good and fun team challenges and warm up which emphasised on different aspect of our fitness, including reaction time, coordination, power, mobility, balance etc. The food was really well thought throughout my time at the bootcamp. The food was simply delicious!! Ricky and Nick are amazing chefs. I took picutre of these food and replicated some of them in my own lifestyle. We also had a session regarding nutrition and how to handle emotional eating and planning meals. This was key information that I also used to create new habits around food. I had knee problems for some months and was concerning to me. Tony, the massage therapist, was absolutely excellent. He knew exactly what was happening and reduced the pain tremendously that I was able to carry on with the activities. Also, he took the time to explain the different muscles involved in the different areas where I felt most pain and what to do. I was able to take that and articulate what was happening to my local physio. And I am on my way to better recovery also. The duty managers I had were Emily and Jane they were both so attentive and made everything run smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend TeamBootcamp. It is realistic down to earth, challenging and caring. Excellent in overall!
