Katherine was my personal trainer in 2015 and she certainly inspired me to stay fit and healthy. I was able to maintain a healthy weight and a positive out look. Katherine’s enthusiastic, tailor-made approach was just what I needed back then. I prefer to train outdoors so Katherine visited my home and devised a fun circuit for me which included walking for cardio fitness and on the spot toning exercises using weights and park benches. It was fun as well as extremely beneficial. I high recommend Katherine as a personal trainer, she is great.

Katherine is one enthusiastic fitness trainer. She gave me a HIT training plan to follow remotely as I do not live locally, and it really worked! My fitness levels improved massively. If you live locally to Pickering, I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer - she trains alongside you, and takes your fitness level into consideration. Otherwise the online plans are great, so you can follow her programs wherever you are. Don't hesitate - check her out, and join her gang, you will lose weight and become fitter without a doubt!

Katherine has been my personal trainer for 6 months now and the results have been staggering. I am fitter than I ever thought I could be, have lost 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes. Katherine has helped me make manageable changes to my diet which have been easy to stick to. Whilst the workouts are tough, especially in the beginning, you can really see your progress and Katherine is very good at mixing things up so you don't get bored. She also makes things progressive so that you continue to see progress in your fitness/weight, etc. All in all this is the best money I have ever spent on myself - so much better than a gym membership. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone who is looking to make a positive change to their fitness and lifestyle.
