I have a pair of Berghaus walking boots which required resoling. Berghaus don't provide this service because they just want you to buy a new pair of boots. So after some inetrnet searching I was delighted to find the BRC, a local company, which could resole them. Two weeks ago, I took my boots into their new and impressive premises on Hunslet Road industrial estate in south Leeds. I got my boots back a couple of days ago and the repair work was excellent, as was the BRC's customer service. Many thanks to Jamie Whitehouse and all the staff for a first class job. This is a UK company employing UK workers so I wish them every success for the future.

An all round disappointing experience. My shoes were not delivered within the advertised timeframe (despite multiple follow ups and communication of my deadline) meaning I didn’t receive them before I moved country. I ended up paying for the privilege of losing my shoes. The company wouldn’t even refund the cost.

Sent my boots, told them the brand and name of the boot, also told them I had been told this boot could not be repaired. Was assured these boots could be repaired. Waited 7 weeks to then be told they could not be repaired. Waste of time.
