Disgraceful customer service. When I said Hi to the woman at the till she just did the biggest siiigh ever while rolling her eyes, so I asked if she’s alright in the nicest way possible and she gave me another sigh, talking to me like I was some piece of dirt throughout the while ordering process. Her name was KAREN, I made sure to remember that. Well, not doing much for Karens by the looks of it.

What a joke that woman manager is think she’s called Karen or somet she’s rude can’t get an order right I asked for a SIMPLE ORANGE JUICE AND GOT A WATER my advice put 1 of the younger members of staff as manager who knows what there doing unlike her she’s a waste of money

Got my usual favourite tropical storm smoothie today whilst out in the city centre 17/5/23. When it was handed to me, I took my first sip whilst there like I normally do, & it did not taste right, it was lacking flavour & I couldnt taste that 'zing' (despite me paying extra for double fruit!) I pointed this out to the 2 female staff & was thinking it will just need a quick fix, instead they both in reply were quite rude to me (including the assistant manager she was worse) both were pulling weird faces at me & smirking, clearly they did not want to help at all, so I just left. Disgusting behaviour! Dont think I will be going back there again.

I come here every week and maybe more if I've got work in the city. The manager makes everything perfect but everyone else's is mostly bad. Saw the manager having a talk to her co workers who made my drink. For the first time I threw out my entire drink today because the drink was nothing but water. If I wanted water, I wouldn't come here to spend £7 on a drink. Only go there if the manager is working as she makes the perfect drinks every single time.
