Previously I had written a bad review due to the bad state of the books I received and the fact they were not answering their phones. However. Since then, I had emailed them and received a reply back pretty quickly upon the post of my review. They sent me a whole new set of books and a label to send the damaged ones back at no extra cost to myself. They have been very kind and even offered for me to keep the books and get a £17 refund instead of a replacement. However due to being a book collector I would prefer my books to be in pristine condition so I opted for the new books. All in all they’ve been very helpful and i believe you will have no problems shopping with them.

Terrible customer service and experience using this company. I placed an order on 27th November and received an email the next day confirming "your order is on the way", along with a Royal Mail tracking number. However, the Royal Mail tracking history shows that the Royal Mail only received it on 12th December - 14 days later and too late to arrive before Christmas. I contacted the company, who have firmly put all the blame onto the Royal Mail and their strikes for fairer pay. The issue is not with Royal Mail or their strikes, but the company taking out a tracking number and not actually despatching the books until 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be a one-off and is backed up by similar experiences by other reviews below - all well before the Royal Mail strikes. I now have a second Royal Mail tracking number for 'replacement' books, with no real faith that I will receive either packages. Long story short, just pay a few extra pence for a more reliable and sincere company. I hope this honest review helps others avoid the frustration and inconvenience that I have suffered.

SCAMMERS NO STRIKE WHEN I ORDERED, SAME ISSUES WITH OTHERS, NO ONE ANSWERING EMAILS OR PHONE - books didn’t arrive and no answer from customer service numbers and email but they’ve taken my payment!!! They didn’t even send a confirmation email! Luckily I have a screenshot of the order when I paid! LIARS I ORDERED DAYS AGO! BEFORE POSTAL STRIKE - THEY REPLY PUBLICLY ON GOOGLE BUT NO WHERE ELSE! I.E EMAILS, INSTA DMS, PHONE CALLS ETC
