Generally okay staff are helpful and friendly, its quite expensive for a cash & carry, but convenient. My moan though is a lady who works at check out, who 3 times in the last few weeks has been eating at the same time she served me. The first time she was eating an ice cream Cornetto and actually had it hanging out her mouth while going through my trolley! The second time was a packet of crisps which she was constantly going back to at the same time serving me..why not just leave them until after? And finally most recently a cup of soup which she was dunking some bread in, again while serving me and again constantly going back to it instead of leaving it for later. Each time there have been other staff very close-by who must see this and apparently think its okay? You are part of the customer service industry and this is poor.
