Shame they messed up my quote and then tried to charge us over budget so had to cancel last minute and go elsewhere. No apology and no response to my last few emails questioning the change in price when we received our invoice - really poor customer service. Notebooks looked really nice so I was excited to order.

Bookblock created a custom notebook from my artwork and it turned out great! The process was straightforward and their notebook builder tool on the website was a nice touch to see what the creation possibilities were. I was a little concerned dealing with them remotely and not seeing a physical printed proof before the main print run, but the person I dealt with was helpful and reassuring. The job was on a tight deadline and they even got them to me a few days prior to the deadline. Overall great service. Thanks.

I ordered a dried bouquet from Bookblock and was very excited to receive it. Sadly when it arrived some of the flowers had been swapped out for other, less impressive types than those that were shown in the image online. I contacted Bookblock by email immediately asking them to arrange a return and refund/exchange, however they did not reply. It's now a month later and even though I've chased a couple of times I haven't heard anything. Very disappointing.

Ordered my friend a giftbox during lockdown and the service was amazing! Very easy to order and it was sent directly to her in a lovely printed box. There's loads of different gifts on the site and were very helpful when I needed to update the postal address. Definitely recommend!

Update 26.02.22 Everything resolved! It took a while but now Everything is super!! Thanks! Update 11.2.22 Still lot of emails and at least i got my shipping costs back. Sorry but now iam waiting since 2 weeks on an answer on my email. Seems they block my email address again. If you complain they just block you otherwise i dont understand why you dont get any answer from the customer service. Cant recommend this company for gift boxes! Products are ok but the package doesnt come in time , nobody knew where my package was, no compensation was made. Expect better customer service. Sent now 3 emails within two week to the customer service and still no answer! There are better shops i can spend my money

Initially, I ordered a beautiful customised gift box for a friend and then stumbled across the journals and ordered myself an art therapy journal. The products are so beautiful and unique. My art therapy journal is of high quality and I received my order quickly.
