TBH, I'm skeptical about this sort of thing - there are usually so many "exclusions" that it just ends up a waste of time... I wanted to book an "escape room", and I found that Bookado provided me with a discount that more than covered my year's subscription. I even had an issue with the booking, which they sported with exemplary customer service. Try it - you've got a lot to gain, and little to lose!

I booked the escape room with them recently & made an error during the booking but their team helped me rectifying the booking on the same day with great communication. A very memorable birthday experience! Can't fault the top notch service of Bookado. I was looking to plan a group activity in London for my birthday weekend, but wasn't 100% sure of how may we would be. Nothing was too much trouble for Bookado: I had to up the number of tickets two times and also extend the number of lanes we needed for Curling. Bookado took the stress away from trying to co-ordinate 20+ people and the team was happy to amend the booking as and when required. Thank you to Adam at Bookado for all of your efforts, I can't recommend the service enough!

I recently had some friends from the US staying with me in London and wanted to find some fun activities to do with them. I came across Bookado online and was super impressed with the offering of activities, as well as the prices. In the end, I chose the Thames Speed Boat experience, which was FANTASTIC! It was really simple to book the activity and I was well informed throughout.
