Basics of business.. If your website says your open to 5pm on a Tuesday, and your answer machine says your open to 5pm on a Tuesday, then be open until 5pm on a Tuesday. Just took a massive diversion in traffic to visit your shop, arrived at 4.30 and your closed. How disappointing, what a rubbish business!!
