Visited to buy a prom dress for my daughter. Booked an hour slot using the website however we made an error and arrived a week early for our appointment! The staff we so understanding and accommodating and managed to squeeze us in to save us a wasted journey. Excellent customer service, we were not rushed and the shop is in a beautiful stable block which added some magic the the experience. An amazing selection of beautiful dresses, all wonderful quality and in all colours and styles. We were spoilt for choice and received a very personal service helping my daughter in and out of gowns, pinning to fit etc Thank you so much to all of your staff - we would definitely recommend!

Bonsoire Bridal is a beautiful boutique in an amazing setting. I felt relaxed as soon as I got there and me and my Mum enjoyed every second of the appointment. The dresses are stunning and Claudia is so lovely and very helpful! She went above and beyond to help me when I had doubts about my choice and I couldn't be more grateful. It is no exaggeration when I say that Claudia was the perfect person to guide me through this process. I was worried I wouldn’t know what’s best as I left it quite last minute, but she eased my nerves and we found the perfect dress within 15 minutes. The shop is beautifully decorated and the personal touches were so appreciated. So many dresses to choose from and all of high quality but reasonable prices. I wouldn’t trade the experience I had for anything. Wishing this business so much more success! Will be recommending to close family and friends. Xxxx

I cannot recommend enough!! Claudia is the sweetest soul ever. She made me feel so so comfortable. She is very patient and passionate in what she does, she takes her time with every client and focuses on them only. They also have the most beautiful dresses ever, every dress I tried on was stunning. The seamstress is such a lovely lady, she took in all my desires and literally made my vision come to life. Hand on heart the loveliest team ever, made this journey so stress free and fun. You won’t get better than this <3

I went to my bridal appointment at Bonsoir after trying several elsewhere - I can say hands down that I had the best bridal experience with them. From the call I had prior to the appointment, all the way to saying goodbye at the end, Claudia and Charlotte really did go above and beyond. They made us feel so welcome, they were so friendly and answered all of our questions patiently and extensively. You can tell they are so passionate about what they do in the way they treat their brides and visitors. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing help - words are just not enough! They have a wide range of dresses to suit different styles including modern, unique, romantic styles I have not seen elsewhere. Not to mention it’s the cutest boutique in such a beautiful location. I said YES to my dream dress with them and cannot wait for my next appointment. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Bonsoire to any future bride! They also have a great selection of eveningwear!
