I ordered this week for a Christmas present and I was not getting any updates with UPS which I assume there was delays which was no fault of Bonsai Direct, however the customer service was outstanding as soon as I advised of this issue and asked for an update on my order I received an email followed by a call (cannot remember the name) explaining that they have sent a new tree next day delivery with DPD which was received in time. Thank you so much and love the tree :)

I have left my review for a few weeks to see how the bonsai would settle in. I bought my first bonsai from bonsai direct, and I can honestly say that the service is amazing. I ordered at 3pm on a Wednesday and it arrived beautifully packaged on the Thursday morning. there are care instructions in the box and loads of info on their website and the bonsai is doing great. I would definitely recommend.

Do NOT order from this company, its a scam. I got a bonsai tree which I thought was pretty nice and then all the leaves fell off and haven't regrown. I literally followed all their advice to the letter to look after it (watering etc) and brought fertiliser from their website which they recommended and no regrowth at all. I then asked for a replacement and they say they don't replace/refund trees, useless!

Do not buy from this place! I had two bonsai trees brought for my birthday and in less than 6 months they both died. So many excuses given why they didn't survive and I can tell you it wasn't because they were not looked after! Very disappointed!!

Fantastic service all the way through from when I placed the order through to delivery. I paid for next day delivery and got it, which is very rare these days and I also had regular updates on when my delivery could be expected. When the delivery arrived the Bonsai was in excellent condition and it was evident that a lot of care had been taken with the tree and there was nothing missing from the gift package I had ordered. I will most definitely be recommending you and ordering from you again.

Beautiful sweet plum tree delivered in perfect condition. I've ordered several times from Bonsaidirect and the service is always spot on. I would say the trees are a bit more expensive than other suppliers, but the quality is amazing and the trees are obviously well cared for. Mine arrived looking exactly like the photo which is why I have just ordered again !
