Terrible experience - not informed of the ridiculous returns policy, and I felt staff deliberately convinced us to go for a larger size when they didn't have the smaller one in stock. I am now left with £140 credit from a dress that didn't fit (bought two days before the sale), which I am not 'allowed' to spend in the sale (everything is in the sale at the moment). I have escalated to the management but have not received a response.
