Found this place for our son to stay on a month by month lease. Was a bit pricey but on initial look it was ok. However found out after a short period that the room suffered with damp & the lease did not allow the tenant to have a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa. Also the shared kitchen had no oven just a hob & small microwave. We had to cancel the lease mid way through the month as our son was involved in a road traffic accident where he suffered a brain injury. The landlord decided to keep the deposit because our son did not give one months notice, no compassion whatsoever.

We couldn't make that experience because they told us that we need to cancel our reservation two weeks before our arrival. They're having an overrunning renovation project they said....but a night before our booking is still bookable on different platforms...no help in solving our accommodation problems.
