Warning: Incredibly rude lady who was stroppy before we even arrived. Made a rude comment about where we parked, which I quote 'i will never understand women drivers'! She had a very unpleasant way of talking to both my mum and me and when mum didn't find anything that matched the colour of her dress, she said 'well it's an £800 hat that royalty wear. I found you two hats that work, and you'll never find a hat that will work with that dress.' Quite honestly, the worst customer service by a very rude and unpleasant lady.
