I had a really positive experience with Bonners Music in Reigate. The store was super tidy, welcoming, and the instruments on show are stunning - with a product for every budget and level, from entry level keyboards to advanced grand pianos. The process of buying a piano is of course very personal for most, having evolved specific needs around key action and feel, silent modes, over all size etc. and general ‘soul’ of the instrument, the team very much understand this, and clearly want to support (and not push) you making the right investment. I initially came in looking at top-end digital pianos for purpose of study, but my head was quickly turned by the dizzying selection of acoustics and hybrids they have on display. I was very slow in making my decision because I also found it so enjoyable, visiting the store a couple times over several weeks, testing instruments and spending sometimes hours figuring out what I wanted, and trying different models. The team there were particularly accommodating and patient, never interrupting or pushing for a sale, just interesting in ensuring the customer is comfortable. I really appreciated the space I was given to have play with what was on show, which eventually led me to order a new Kawai acoustic with silent system, which has been flawless since it arrived in early March - just one week after I placed the order end of Feb. I dealt specifically with Ollie, who was exceptional - he carried out the sale as well as generally looking after me - it was a NO pressure environment and I really felt confident during the buying process. Tony was a great help with outstanding technical knowledge, and was straight on the phone asking any questions I had to the manufacturer without hesitation. The store is very easy to find and access, with free parking and conveniences on site. Very worth popping in if you are interested, mid week is often quiet so is a good time to visit, I’m sure the team will be very happy to see you.

A really nice Music centre! I had recently bought a Roland FP-90x, customer service was great and it was overall a very nice experience. Staff were friendly, and all of the necessary elements of the purchase were completed in only 20 minutes! Very nice place - I definitely would recommend :) .
