We bought a piano 2 years ago . New with warranty from manufacture for 3 years. 2 years piano was ok but now we have some problems which affecting my play . Well completely disappointed as Emma keep asking same questions again again and again . We sent two video were you can clear see what problem is and after she still asking same question which sound that they they don’t want to give warranty service . I just fed up to write emails and send videos . So be careful if you buy new piano you may not have warranty service if something happen . I probably need to go to citizen adviser now to ask what should I do in this situation.

Superb service as always, I've been a customer of Bonners for close to 35 years, first dealt with Myke in the guitar department when I was in my teens, and they were based in Grove Road. I'm in my 50's now and still dealing with the same Myke My most recent visit was for a pickup upgrade on one of my basses, but I've also bought a guitar and a ukulele in the last few months. Highly recommended, never been let down.
