I came to bonner house for a 12 week parenting assessment and I can honestly say I haven’t ever received the support that I have here anywhere. ALL staff members that work here have gone above and beyond to teach me the skills I needed to be a good enough mummy to my baby girl. We were so settled and learnt so much but was also given the opportunity to take advice on how to become a better parent and person. This place is a hidden gem and if you ever get the chance to do your assessment here take it with both hands and embrace the fact they are giving you the chance to remain with your child/children! They aren’t here to set you up to fail as said in past reviews and when you come here the ball is in your court the staff will support you through all your needs and work with you so you hopefully go home with your baby. For me this was a last chance saloon and with the help from everyone at Bonner House I am leaving with my baby. I have never met such kind and caring people who are non-judgmental and are always there to listen if you need to talk. I cannot thank all of the team enough because without them giving me the chance to prove myself I wouldn’t have ever had the chance to be a mum again. If I can advise people coming here one thing it would be to work with the staff who will support you fully should you be willing to put in the work that’s needed and not listen to other residents as everyone who is residing here are here for their own reasons and you are there for one reason only, to go home with your child. Past reviews can scare people but my experience being here has been amazing and I am so greatful for everything all the staff helped me through! The time here is what you make it. It can be a tough time but it’s all down to how much you want to change. I will never forget this place as coming here has been my biggest life achievement. Once again a huge huge thank you to all involved in my stay here you helped me see my worth and my life with my baby begins now! ❤️

I was there.last year for a.month staff took to long to come up to my flat the team leader and some staff lied about me didn't state what they did wrong never want to be sent there again they've ruined my kids lives however some of the staff there were lovely and supportive I loved them.

I was here back in February 2021 at first I wasn’t so keen very scared and nervous to what it would be like or happen I thought I’d be judged on why I was there but I was there 4 months and it was the best 4 months of my life when you first here about these places you think the worse and don’t think it’s gonna be worth going into but from day 1 I was completely blown away with the amount of support and encouragement they always made me feel important and helped me in any direction if I felt like it was pointless they’d always make me realise it was and nothing was impossible or a waste of time but all the staff there really do help you as much as they can to guid you in the right direction I learnt a lot of new stuff I never knew so and the outcome was amazing I would definitely recommend going here 100 percent :)

I cant believe this place I was there for 3 months and I hated every moment of it i loved being here for one reason my child why in gods earth apply for stuff for my property and then I cant go home it's a joke never again that's why I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star and they never give feedback some of them do and there are some nice staff there I got on with but some staff are nasty I wasnt eating this place made me ill that's all i can say so thank you bonner house and thank you for commenting on my relationship when you dont even no the person
