Do yourselves a favour and avoid this salon! As a beautician myself the service I received was shocking. Turned up at the salon on time and told the therapist would be a few mins, 15 mins later the therapist entered the salon with a coffee in her hand like she was on a break. Called my name and in we went. (Gave me a reason why she was late due to a family member coming down, sorry but if you have a salon full of apts you don’t turn up late) Room was not even set up for the treatment. Couch roll was scooped up and put in the bin as soon as I went in. New couch roll placed down and told to get on bed as you would for intimate waxing. No consultation form filled just if I had the treatment before. Treatment room wasn’t inviting and looked unclean. No sanitisation was done just wax straight on and no hands washed. No stretch of the skin which is important as you can bruise an intimate area. Treatment finished and still have quite a lot of hair still. She did mention a few hairs were left but didn’t realise that many. I was in shock that I asked for a deduction in price with the experience I had and the lady looked at me in disgust and was quite rude baring in mind it was 10% and it should’ve been refunded completely. Very disappointed with my massage. The masseuse asked where I’d like it focused and i ask for my neck, shoulders and top of my back but 80% of the massage was her rubbing my neck with very little pressure, even after I asked for more pressure it was more like she was lightly rubbing oil into me rather than massaging me. The oil was also cold as well as the room so I was cold for the entire treatment. The bed wasn’t comfortable either so my awkward head position gave me a headache. It was also hard to relax and enjoy it when Spotify adverts kept interrupting the music. Very disappointed and wouldn’t go back. Service: Massage
