    I felt very rushed in the room with the sonographer. It was my first time seeing my baby so I was emotional and she questioned with no empathy why I was crying. I eventually calmed down and she explained everything nicely. I then asked to hear the heartbeat and she made me listen to it for less than 3 seconds. When I asked to hear it again she said no. I thought to myself I am paying £80 for this personal private scan surely she can be a bit more empathetic or let me hear the heartbeat for longer. She did explain everything well but just lacked a lot of emotion for first time mothers and it was very quick in and out appointment. Window to the Womb are better and more thorough. NHS scans also give you more time also.

    We had a 4d scan and it was wonderful. Very friendly team, they even gave us a complimentary scan as baby was facing inward the first time we went. Great place for a scan and kind man at the front desk and lovely lady that did our scan.
