From Contact to delivery of serviced items the service provider (or Richard as I know him) was exemplary, courteous and took pains to ensure we understood was was happening, how long it would take, the cost and what we should expect. I was delighted when I took receipt of my freshly serviced Omega Constellation along with my husbands Omega Sea Master. They both looked like new! Well worth the wait and cost.

Had some chewed up springbars replaced which nobody else managed to remove as well as giving the watch a nice ultra sonic clean. They also pressure tested some of my watches. Will certainly being going back for my watch servicing as they have parts accounts with all the right brands. Faultless service and Laura and Richard are very friendly and helpful.

Found via Omega's Offical Website, I messaged BSWS and sent my watch in via Special Delivery and recipet was confirm by them. The process took 6 weeks as expected for parts to be ordered, movement to be serviced, checked performed. There were a few detail errors on the invoice but were corrected when requested & communication was always replied within 24hrs. My watch was returned via Special Delivery, an extra travel case was given, along with 2yr warrenty card. The watch was covered in protective film front back and bracelet. I was concerned about polishing and replacement of parts but the polish was very light and my watch looks brand new. My original dial and hour marker patena is still there. I recommend them to any Omega owner, Thank You.

They completely repaired an older Tissot, replacing the movement corroded by a leaking battery, the watch is now as good a new. They kept in regular contact regarding progress of the repair. Would highly recommend, and will use again if necessary.
